Imagine a world with no fish??

A bit serious but soo important and I cant stop thinking about it...last night I watched a documentary about our seas and the overfishing that is taking place and effects this is having on our world.
The documentary was called The End of the Line and although is a serious subject I would really urge anyone to take the time to watch it to build awareness of what is happening in what is essentially OUR sea. Species on the verge of extinction Blue fin tuna which are the most beautiful fish.
I personally love eating fish and the benefits it brings to my diet but to imagine that in as little as 50 years there may be NO fish left has seriously made me think about asking if fish in restaurants comes from a sustainable source, every other fish you eat has been caught illegally.
Oh my word I feel soo passionately about this please check out the site here endoftheline.com/

Norfolk journey.

My weekend away to Norfolk was sooo nice, we ate lots of delicious food and relaxed aplenty.
At one point I got lost with my camera and the way the light shone through the leaves of this beautiful tree and its beetroot coloured leaves.
And so now its back to it and am getting absorbed in Christmas once again, even though the sun is belting down in my garden!
Lets see what this week will bring to my design world...

Canal boats and countryside.

Hallo I dont seem to be getting much time to blog at the moment what with a bit of working part time, boring paperwork and visiting lovely friends, and although there has been some designwork in there too nothing I can show right now, ooh exciting!!
This weekend we did take a much needed trip out of Brighton up to visit friends from my Watermark Publishing days and their new children, who are all adorable and we spent a beautiful afternoon sitting by the river where dragonflies and barges buzzed past us.
AAH you cant beat the english countryside!! X
