a stitch in time...

After the last Fairy tale fair and a week before a new fair in Hurstpierpoint I decided to personalise my table a bit which led me to thinking about how...???  JOY!! an excuse to get hands on, here is the result so far and in so many creative processes it has been the happy seed of lots of new ideas, my weekend is going to be all about stand prep with a pub lunch and a bit of cake making thrown in too, nice x x x

Mexican Influences.

I have been meaning to put these 2 posts on for ages, the heart was a gift from a friend when I first moved to Brighton from Mexico and I love the colours decorative elements and shiny bits!
It was an influence for this design I produced at the beginning of the year, I love heavy embroidery and I intend to explore the idea further next year.
